Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ebenfalls eine Dusche, das zugehörige WC ist seperat. Die moderne, helle Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Sodasstream) und lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Genießen ein. Das lichtdurchflutetet Wohnzimmer sorgt für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Zwei Balkone mit Sitzmöglichkeiten bieten traumhafte Ausblicke ins Tal - sowohl taleinwärts als auch talauswärts. Die Elferbahnen in Neustift sind in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar und bieten Zugang zu einem kleinen Skigebiet, herrlichen Rodelbahnen, Paragleit-Möglichkeiten sowie wunderschönen Wander- und Klettergebieten. Der Stubaier Gletscher ist nur 15 km entfernt. Wanderwege und Radrouten starten direkt vor der Haustüre.
