We - Michaela, Markus, Matthias and Madelaine lead now Landhaus Matthias in the third generation. The guest contact is very important to us. We are happy to advise our guests on excursions, mountain and ski tours or any other ideas. We love activities as well as hiking and skiing in the mountains with our children, so we can suggest interesting excursions and routes – in summer and winter. Our Apart Matthias is a family business in the third generation. We attach great importance to hospitality and offer our holiday guests a carefree stay in a relaxed atmosphere with a wonderful view of the mountains, as well as with our infrared cabin or with our relaxation lounge chair in a completely new atmosphere. Our Landhaus Matthias is constantly renewed and renovated - for example in spring 2019, where our beautiful rooms have been converted into four stylish apartments: now we offer all recreation seekers, action junkies, as well as seminar participants our Apartments Peppermint, Olive, Corn and Cherry in best central location in Mayrhofen. Immediately opposite is the train station Mayrhofen (narrow gauge railway). There are no rail jets or other. Also, all important traffic and bus lines converge here. The Europahaus Congress Zillertal, for your seminars and events, can be reached on foot in just three minutes. You can refrain on holiday from your car. Our Apart Matthias is located in Mayrhofen, the `` secret `` capital of the Zillertal. So here is a lot to offer….. The Europahaus Congress Zillertal hosts events throughout the whole year. In summer, there comes Zillertal music sounds from every corner of the main street! Our attractive mountains entice you with breath taking panoramas in all seasons – sensational hiking and skiing experiences. Kids experience maximum fun at lofty heights. Big and small do not come too short - there are eagle shows, mountain playgrounds, fun sport stations, climbing areas, fixed rope routes, bike tours, hiking trails, turquoise mountain lakes, high alpine tours. Our Zillergrund, Stillup and Schlegeis reservoirs ( Speichersee) are also very impressive, Schlegeis  Pure Adrenalin #Schlegeis131. Mayrhofen´s Gastronomy also has a lot to offer. We have many guesthouses and restaurants with local cuisine - very recommendable, especially the original Zillertaler Krapfen or the Melchermuas! There are also many other locations from Italian to Spanish to vegan cuisine. Of course, there are also different bars and pubs for our party tigers.
