Quietly located on the shore of the Holzöstersee, one of Austria's warmest lakes, Der Seewirt is only a 30-minute drive north of Salzburg. It offers a private lake access and a large sunbathing lawn. The spacious rooms at the Seewirt are all nonsmoking and have a balcony overlooking the garden. A wide range of local and international specialties is served at the hotel restaurant. The homemade specialties can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the sun terrace. The hotel's own wine cellar features a wide range of fine wines. Hiking and cycling trails start at the doorstep. The historic town of Burghausen in Germany is only a 20-minute drive away.
