The Luxury Chalet Mauthner Alm guarantees a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The chalet has a very high level of finishing. The house can accommodate up to 10 people and has 4 bedrooms, a balcony and 2 bathrooms. The large private garden faces south. Are you coming with an electric car? You can charge this at your home, which is very easy. The spacious, bright living room with a comfortable seating area invites you to read or watch Netflix. The luxurious kitchen offers every opportunity to cook extensively or raise a glass. The kitchen is fully equipped. The chalet is very suitable for a family, several couples or a group of friends. The four bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The front 2 bedrooms have air conditioning. You also have free access to a washing machine and dryer. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and large private garden. Children can play safely here. The chalet is located in a car-free environment. See also mauthneralm. com
Kötschach-Mauthen is located in the beautiful Gailtal and is located between two mountain ranges and right next to the Italian border. The village is located at the end of the Gailtal and at the beginning of the Lesachtal. The roads and hiking trails in the village are flat, there are many Alpine meadows and a wooded area. The village is ideal for cycling and walking. In neighboring Mauthen there is a natural swimming pool, the climbing park and the Mauthner Klamm, where you can enjoy adventurous walks between the mountains and along the water. The hiking area high in the mountains is also easily accessible. The public swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools is within walking distance of the Chalet. The Pressegger See is a real family destination. The temperature of the lake can reach up to 28 degrees! Near Kötschach you will find the mountain world of Nassfeld, on the border with Italy. From the mountain stations you will find several hiking trails, cycle paths, mountain huts and playgrounds for children. The Chalet is located next to the family ski slope and just a 20-minute drive from the top ski area Nassfeld. There is plenty to do for both families and experienced skiers.
