Up in the mountains at 980 meters high one shall enjoy the beautiful nature of the Alps. Located at the Dreiländereck every kind of activity is very close by. Nassfeld ski region, Presseger see, hiking, cycling, Italy, Grado (seaside). Amazing close-to-nature activities all-year-round. Two bedrooms, one for kids with bunk bed, kitchen, bathroom, storage area and private parking. Accomodates the maximum of 6 persons, but 2-5 shall be the most comfortable. Dishwasher, washing machine, central and electric heating available. Ski equipment storage downstairs. This is a very peaceful condominium. Cleanliness, quiet and rules to be respected. No parties. Ideal for families with kids. Well maintained dogs allowed.

Matschiedl is a tiny town 15 minutes from the Nassfeld ski region at the Dreiländereck area. Amazing natural surrounding will welcome you which you can enjoy in any season. Mountains, lakes, seaside, hiking trails, running trails, and all the Alps can offer is just a stone's throw away. You can book breakfast, lunch or dinner at Naturgut Gailtal Pension. Villach 37 km, Nassfeld Tröpolach 23 km, Hermagor 10 km, Presseger see 4 km, Wörthersee 58 km, Grado 172 km, Venice 250 km.
