Welcome to Chalet Moralee by ONE VILLAS in Kitzbühel – with whirlpool, fireplace and panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps. Above the valley, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers an unobstructed view to the Wilder Kaiser. A place and space for shared days in the mountains with family and friends. Spread across 190 m² and three levels, the chalet features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – enough space for time together as well as quiet moments in between. The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the chalet: cooking together, enjoying long evenings at the table or relaxing by the fireplace. Windows open up to the surrounding landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Several terraces and balconies invite you to spend time outdoors – with whirlpool, outdoor dining table, hanging chairs, barbecue and fire pit. The two bedrooms on the lower level each have direct access to their own terraces. Step outside and the mountains are right in front of you. Guests have exclusive use of the entire chalet, except for clearly marked private and technical rooms. In the wintertime winter tires are mandatory. For your stay, a security deposit of EUR 400 will be authorized via credit card before arrival. No amount will be charged. The release is automatic three days after departure. The chalet is designed as a self-catering accommodation. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included. Additional services such as intermediate cleaning or linen changes are available on request. Chalet Moralee by ONE VILLAS is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Kitzbühel. Along the river, the center can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or around 10 minutes by car. A supermarket for daily needs is within a 10-minute walk. The location combines privacy and a peaceful setting with convenient access to the town’s amenities. The nearest access to the KitzSki area is via Jochberg, where you can park free of charge and start directly into the ski area. Alternatively, the Hahnenkamm and Kitzbüheler Horn lifts can be reached by bus from the “Kitzbühel Langau” stop, about an 8-minute walk away, with a direct connection to the center.
