Completed in October 2022, Narzissendorf Zloam consists of 28 houses and 24 apartments, all built in the local architectural style by local companies. Narcissus Village Zloam is unique in Austria. A perfect symbiosis of holiday and leisure resort, home to local clubs and an excursion destination. It is a meeting place for village guests, locals and visitors to the region.
The careful use of environmental resources and the preservation of nature have been at the forefront of the resort's development. Regional products and services strengthen the local economy.
The holiday village is a special place for an extraordinary holiday, where the traditional values of the region, such as customs, fishing, wood and music, are at the centre and are lived every day.

Narzissendorf Zloam is located in the heart of the Styrian Salzkammergut, just a few minutes from Grundlsee lake. It is a holiday village for adventurers of all ages. The holiday homes and apartments for up to 12 people are built in the typical Ausseer style and feature cosy bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area, kitchen, balcony and terrace. Most of the houses have a fireplace and a sauna for cosy warmth all year round. Down-to-earth, home-style cooking is served in the village's own inn, the 'Zloam Wirt', which also serves breakfast to order. Narzissendorf's extensive year-round leisure programme guarantees memorable experiences. In winter, you can go skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing on floodlit slopes right outside your front door. You can ice skate in the indoor arena or outdoors on the natural ice rink. Horse riding, archery on the 3D archery course or in the indoor 4D archery cinema, an exciting treasure hunt in the treasure forest, curling, indoor rifle shooting and much more are on the programme all year round.
Children will love the huge playground with bouncy castle in the village square. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the 1400m2 fenced dog park. In summer, take a dip in the village's natural swimming pond or in the Grundlsee lake, perhaps after a challenging match on the tennis court. Families and children can get creative in the wood and creative workshop. The village shop in Zloam offers regional and local products and specialities of the highest quality for your daily needs, as well as gift ideas for special occasions.

Horse lovers can head to the Equestrian Centre in all weathers for a range of activities from pony adventures to riding lessons. Full concentration is required for 3D archery on the archery range or indoors in the 4D archery cinema. For ball games, there is a large playing field at Narcissus Village or, if the weather is bad, the indoor leisure centre with a large children's car park. The little ones can go on a voyage of discovery in the large playground and families can go on an exciting treasure hunt with metal detectors in the treasure forest.
In winter, the floodlit Zloam ski lift and the natural toboggan run ensure a carefree winter holiday. There is also indoor and outdoor skating, ice hockey and curling. Adults and children over 12 can test their marksmanship in the indoor rifle range. The Austria Trail and the Time Travel Trail offer an exciting puzzle rally.
In the summer months, there's never a dull moment, whether you're playing tennis, swimming in the lake or enjoying water sports at Grundlsee, just a 10-minute walk away. Surrounded by an imposing mountain backdrop, the lake has drinking water quality and is a true natural gem.
