The room features a cozy double bed, a bright winter garden with dining area, a bathroom, and a Smart TV with free Netflix and Amazon Prime. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free parking are available. The region offers hiking trails, mountain tours, and winter skiing at the nearby Kaiserau lifts. Ideal for couples, those seeking peace and quiet, and nature lovers. Free coffee & tea provided. The room is located in a separate section of our house and features its own private entrance and dedicated parking space. We live nearby within the same property complex, but in a different part of the building. This ensures that both areas are completely separate, allowing you and us to enjoy full privacy. The accommodation offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your stay. Guests are welcome to use the garden. Use of the garden is available upon prior arrangement. During the use of the hot tub, the garden is reserved exclusively for guests, allowing them to enjoy their time undisturbed and in a relaxing atmosphere. We are available for you at any time. If you have personal requests or need assistance, you can simply message us through the app. We will always stay in touch with you and are happy to help with any concerns or questions.
