In the autumn you can observe deers in their rutting season in front of the house. In the winter you can take off with your snowshoes, go tourskiing, or discover the nearby ski pistes. The house is located just above Brunnach Biosphären Park cable car, by foot 7 minutes (or 2 min by car), which offers the best starting point to the skiing resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim. You do not need a bus to get to the slopes! Brunnach is also open during the hiking season in the summer and autumn. This place is made for nature and outdoor lovers! It’s perfect for families or friends who want to experience the mountains of the famous “Nockberge Biosphären Park” region in total comfort.

Oswald Lodge offers a new, sunny, very quiet apartment with 60m2 in an historical Carinthian farmer’s house of the 14th century. It lies at a most stunning location in St. Oswald and features beautiful south facing views over the entire valley, forests and mountains. Sport interested guests will enjoy the tennis courts, horse riding facilities, mountain bike trails, as well as the highest located, 18 hole golf course in Carinthia. Bad Kleinkirchheim also hosts two famous spas with their own thermal hot water (Römerbad, St. Kathrein). Various gorgious lakes (Millstättersee, Afritzsee, Brennersee) are also close by. You can rent SUPs or canoes or just swim. In the winter Bad Kleinkirchheim offer the second large skiing resort in Carinthia with 106 kilometers and 24 lifts. Bad Kleinkirchheim has a good mix of easy, medium and difficult slopes, ideal for families as well as adult skiers. It also offers a well-prepared cross country slope (with guaranteed snow).
