Property info

Our house is located directly in the centre of Kitzb?hel, very quiet. The Hahnenkamm cable car, the Hornbahn, the Aquarena and the Center Court are within 5-7 minutes walking distance. The pedestrian zone, shops, restaurants and Tyrolean inns are a 2-minute walk away. The apartments and rooms are very cosy and furnished with lots of Tyrolean charm and are all renovated. All rooms have a wi-fi connection and a balcony with a view of our beautiful mountains. By request we serve a rich breakfast with fresh products from Tyrol. In addition, our house has a ski storage area, heated ski boot storage and a car park. In summer we are also happy to rent for 1 night. We are a non-smoking house!!! (Smoking is possible on the balcony and terrace).

Unser Haus ist nur 300m von der Altstadt entfernt und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse. Sie finden in direkter Umgebung Geschaefte, Restaurants, Bars, Galerien, Kino, Kirche, Aerzte, Bushaltestelle... Die Bergbahn und die Aquarena sind fusslaeufig in 5 bis 7 Minuten zu erreichen.
