Property info

The apartment is 78m² and has one or two bedrooms depending on the booking. (2nd bedroom only from 3 people!) The standard occupancy for a booking of 2 people is 1 bedroom with a large double bed. Special requests please announce when booking. Depending on the possibility, we will try to take this into account. The fully equipped large kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine ...) offers at least 8 people to eat. Cozy and quiet sun terrace and a private garden. Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine are included and are available free of charge. Several restaurants, cafes and shops as well as pharmacy and doctors can be reached within a few minutes on foot. At the local bakery, open from 5am, you can enjoy a buffet breakfast. For car travelers our apartment is centrally located between the motorway exits A9 (2,2km) and A2 (1,3km FREE: coffee and tea parking As our guest, you have the opportunity to visit the "Schwarzlsee" free of charge (please inquire for tickets beforehand).

The apartment is centrally and quietly located in a cul-de-sac, in the middle of Unterpremstätten overlooking the church.
