Property info

Our Vienna Airport Residences is located in a nice part in near of Vienna and close to the airport. Here you will find very comfortable and charming flats, where there is also the possibility to cook yourself in the well-equipped kitchen, even a dishwasher and a washing machine is available here. All our flats have a separate living room with one or even two pull-out sofas. Each unit also has a large balcony, and some have a really lovely view of our beautiful small town at night. For entertainment, there is a TV in the living room. Each flat is also equipped with private bathrooms and toilets. Perfect for families or longer stays. The airport is only 18 minutes away by car or taxi , so it is also ideal for an overnight stay if you are making a short stopover on your journey and also have the possibility of a day trip to Vienna thanks to the fast train connection (only 15 minutes or 4 stops) to the city center. Within a radius of 2 km you will also find the famous Colony Golf Club, a swimming pool and many restaurants and local shops within walking distance.

Für die Modeaffinen unter uns, befinden sich einige herausragende Shoppingzentren in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie zum Beispiel das sehr bekannte Designer Outlet Parndorf, die SCS Shopping City Süd, oder in der wunderschönen Innenstadt Wiens die Kärntnerstraße/ der Graben. Falls Sie Ihren Hund mitbringen, gibt es die Möglichkeit eine erfahrene und liebevolle Hundesitterin zu beauftragen.
