Kitzbühel Retro. Ski-In Ski-Out #Hahnenkamm/Streif. Charming apartment in Vintage style. Quiet. 500m to city center. Garden. Private Ski Tuition available.
I am a real Kitzbühel local and I am running a small ski school in winter. I come from a family of skiers – both my parents were ski instructors and my brother, Klaus Sulzenbacher, even won Olympic medals as Nordic combined skier. My uncle, Christian Pravda, who was born in our house, was Austria's first downhill world champion. In summer you can find me in the mountains as well as in the canyons and rivers: I work as Canyoning-, Rafting- and Outdoor-Guide. For over 20 years I have also been working as tour leader for cultural trips around Europe. I can take good care of the needs of my guests and am happy to assist with all kinds of questions – from tips about my home region to organizing sports and mountain activities.
Apart from the quaint charm of the wooden house you can't beat the location! You can put on your skis only 50 m from the door and ski down to the Hahnenkamm gondola on the beginners slope. That means, in the immediate proximity you have 2 practice slopes with free-of-cost ski lifts! And you can ski almost directly to the doorstep from 2 pistes (Streif and Asten). The house is in a quiet location. The center of town with its stylish boutiques, restaurants, lively cafes, bars and clubs is only 500 m away and can be reached by foot. Drive up the road next to the Hahnenkamm cable car for 400 m, always keeping right. The house is set back a little because of the big front garden, but you will recognize it immediately from the fotos here. The Hahnenkamm train station at the bottom of the Hahnenkamm gondola can be reached by foot. At the parking next to the station there are shuttle buses, for instance to the valley station of the Horn cable car.
