At Riedz Apartments you will feel at home away from home right away. After a short 9 minute walk you find yourself in the middle of Innsbrucks city center, in 8 minutes you can reach the first forest path into the mountains. Each apartment has been lovingly equipped by us: A large, fully equipped kitchen; Balcony or terrace with a wonderful view of the area; A spacious bathroom with rain shower; Living room with smart flat screen TV; free WIFI; Comfortable box spring beds in the bedroom; A beautiful and refreshing garden; Lockers with heating function for summer and winter sports equipment, play facilities, and a washing machine and dryer in the cozy basement. Parking spaces for bicycles and one parking space per apartment (small surcharge), as well as an e-filling station are also available! Sustainability is an important issue for us. The Riedz was equipped with natural materials, a rainwater harvesting system that supplies the toilets and washing machines, as well as solar collectors for warm water treatment to conserve environmental resources. In addition, we put great emphasis on waste separation. The new insulation of the house ensures a pleasant room climate.
As a married couple, we naturally see ourselves as a family company. With our small team of cleaning and service staff, we always try to respond to the wishes of our guests. A few amenities are ready for you to make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. We love to spend our holidays in holiday apartments ourselves. On the one hand, it is the larger space that we like, but above all we enjoy the private atmosphere. This also means that each guest can check in independently and is therefore very independent in terms of the arrival time. To supply that comfort we will send a key code a few days before arrival. With all the independence and self-sufficiency that is possible at the Riedz, we still care about you and your questions and will be available our small reception if needed. You are welcome to bring your own bikes. They can be stored at our house as well and offer a great opportunity to get around Innsbruck, its mountains, and various biking trails with amazing views.
In the immediate vicinity of Riedz Apartments you will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, a pastry shop and a supermarket. So nothing stands in the way of all cravings and culinary desires! There are also two ATMs just around the corner. A bus stop in front of the house takes you to both the Hungerburg (Nordkette) and the Patscherkofel - two Innsbruck landmarks. If you love traditional cuisine in a rustic ambience, very original, but really good - you will find a traditionally run restaurant called Burenwirt in the neighbourhood. Information on the diverse and numerous events in and around Innsbruck can be found at our reception or via our social media channels. Hötting has a village character and is a residential area in the immediate vicinity of the city center and absolutely safe.
