Welcome dear guests at Sandra's Factory! This is a spacious apartment of 98 m² with two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, the other one with a queensize bed. It's stylish, quiet, cosy and close to the citycenter, the fair and the railway station. There is a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and an extra toilet. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, waterboiler and of course cuttlery, kitchenware, pots and many other useful things. Public parking is available in front of the building, certainly at costs, but within the usual price ranges. Further parking spaces can be found in the public underground parking "Bahnhofstiefgarage" located150 meters away. As a special bonus you will find a flatscreen TV with free access to Amazon Prime and Netflix.
I love traveling and prefer staying in private apartments to sleeping in hotels. Therefore I prepared my apartment to make you feel at home in Klagenfurt, my dear guests. If the apartment of your choice ist sold out already, search for Sandra's Studio, Sandra's Juwel and Sandra's Lounge on booking.
The trainstation is 240m away, Carinthia Fair 800m. You can find a grocery store, that is also open on Sundays 120m away.
