Property info

Our farm is located outside the village on a slight hill (approx. 3 minutes by car from the center). The location is quiet and sunny and you have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the entire mountain world (Hahnenkamm with a view of the Streif, Wilder Kaiser, Kitzbüheler Horn and much more). We are a non-smoking house and have our own entrance with cloakroom (no liability) and staircase to the closed apartments. The apartments "Wilder Kaiser" (65 m2) with a large terrace (facing west) and "Kitzbüheler Horn" (24 m2) with a large balcony (facing east) on the 1st floor were newly built in 2021. If required, a room for bicycles, skis, etc. or motorbikes (no liability) is available free of charge. No interim cleaning. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions. Free entry to the Oberndorf outdoor pool (summer), free bus/train (region).
