Welcome to our holiday home dating back to 1721, built in the traditional West Styrian style. An authentic and cosy holiday experience awaits you here in the midst of picturesque surroundings with forest, vineyards and absolute tranquillity. Enjoy the contemporary furnishings and the spacious outdoor area with terrace and extensive private garden. Discover the beauty of the region on long walks or sporty bike rides. A special highlight is the private pool (3.5 x 7 m) for your sole use. We are also happy to welcome your favourite animal companions. The 5,000 m² fully fenced garden is ideal for your holiday with your dog.

Neighborhood info

Our house in Kirchberg is somewhat hidden and offers an absolutely quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The center of St. Stefan ob Stainz, with its coffee house, ice cream parlor, etc., is only a few minutes away by car. From there, the Schilcher Wine Road leads around 9 km in a circle and offers numerous wine taverns and wineries. Always along the typical hilly landscape of Schilcherland.
