The modern equipped and furnished apartment is newly renovated and located on the top floor (with elevator). The apartment consists of a small entrance room, a spacious living room with exit to the south-facing private sun terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom with tub and toilet. The apartment is modern and completely refurbished. You will find everything you need for your stay in the apartment: clean sheets, large towels, hair dryer, kitchen utensils incl. plates, glasses, etc. - you can use everything for free! In the house you will also find a well-kept, year-round operated indoor pool with lounge. Also worth mentioning: -satellite TV (including SKY TV) -free coffee -free Wireless LAN -free car parking -normal occupancy 2 people / max. 4 people (on sofa) -please no smoking / no pets

This apartment is located in a wonderful forest edge location with stunning panoramic views of the mountains and next to the World Heritage Semmering Railway Tracks.
