Enjoy modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. For your gear, two ski rooms with boot dryers are available: one on the ground floor and another near the underground parking with lockable compartments. There is also ample space for bicycles, strollers, or similar items. In winter month the skibus stop is infront of the house. We place great importance on making our guests feel welcome and are always happy to assist with any questions or provide tips to make your stay enjoyable.

The accommodation is ideally located in the Zillertal, offering direct access to a wide range of activities and attractions. In winter, you can enjoy numerous ski areas: Mayrhofen with the Penken and Ahorn lifts, Horberg, Rastkogel, and the Hintertux Glacier, which offers year-round skiing. Ski buses stop right outside the house, making it easy to reach the slopes. For après-ski and culinary experiences, the area is well equipped. Traditional Tyrolean restaurants such as the Bruggerstube, local inns in Mayrhofen, or alpine huts along the slopes serve regional specialties like dumplings, speck, and fresh mountain cheese. Cafés, bars, and patisseries complete the offer for food lovers. In summer, the region transforms into a hiking paradise: numerous trails lead to idyllic reservoir lakes, blooming alpine meadows, and peaks with breathtaking panoramic views. Popular routes include the Zillertal High Road, paths to the Schlegeis reservoirs, or family-friendly tours around the Ahorn and Penken mountains. Additional leisure activities include mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, and guided nature tours. Families can enjoy outdoor pools, adventure parks, and summer toboggan runs.
