Welcome by franz – it’s great to have you here. This house is a true passion project for me. My family and I planned it with great attention to detail to create a place where you can feel at home from the very first moment – whether you’re here for a long weekend in the mountains or a longer stay. Our apartments combine alpine character with modern comfort: clean lines, high-quality materials, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that feels warm rather than cold. It was important to me that our guests don’t feel like they’re staying in an anonymous accommodation, but rather like visiting friends – with plenty of privacy, of course. The location is ideal for everyone who loves the mountains: in winter, it’s a perfect base for skiing, and in summer for hiking, biking, or simply enjoying nature. At the same time, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and excursion destinations are all within easy reach. I live in the region myself and am always happy to help with questions or local tips – whether it’s restaurant recommendations, excursion ideas, or anything else to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
