Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with light and offer uninterrupted mountain views, creating a calm, spacious living atmosphere. Four of the apartments feature a private sauna, with three of them offering two bedrooms – perfect for families or small groups. The remaining units come with one bedroom and a steam shower, offering a cosy wellness experience for two. Each apartment is furnished with great attention to detail: a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-room safe, and a modern bathroom are all part of the standard. Clear lines, natural materials, and generous layouts create an ambience that is both elegant and inviting. A special highlight is the in-house farm shop, stocked with hand-picked local products – from alpine cheese to homemade jams. Freshly baked goods are available daily through the bread delivery service, bringing warm rolls right to your door in the morning. Additional comforts include an underground garage with EV charging stations, a ski room with boot dryer, a lift to all floors, and full barrier-free access throughout the building. Studa 29 is set at the sunny entrance of the alpine village of Brand, located in the picturesque Brandnertal Valley in Vorarlberg, Austria – at an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level. The location offers a peaceful atmosphere while being just a short walk away from numerous activities. In summer, enjoy hiking trails, golf, a natural swimming lake, and the family-friendly animal adventure trail. In winter, the Dorfbahn ski lift and cross-country ski trails are within easy reach – perfect for a car-free holiday in the snow. A bus stop is located close by, and the nearest train station in Bludenz is only a 15-minute drive away. This makes Studa 29 easily accessible even without your own car.
