In einem ehem. Kloster inklusive Arkadenhofflaire zeigt sich das Studio 12 in sehr zentraler Lage am Hauptplatz Linz. Egal ob für einen Städte-, Businesstrip oder als Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Art von Freizeitaktivitäten wie z.B. Radfahren, eignet sich die im 1.Stock gelegene Wohnung sehr. Fahrräder dürfen mit in die Wohnung genommen werden, weil sie ein Teil von uns sind.

The Appartment very central located at the mainsquare of Linz , you are almost everywhere within 15 Minutes. All you need you can find walkable within 5 minutes. You got the tramstation in front of the building, the danube is nearby and all the cultural offers are around. All kinds of restaurants and Bars are in the neighborhood.
