The studio apartment (1-room) accommodates up to 3 guests. The king-size bed can be folded into the wall, and the sofa can be converted into a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a capsule coffee machine, oven, toaster, hand blender, etc. Unlimited Wi-Fi is also available. The balcony offers a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful view of nature. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Guests can use the sauna and pool in the building free of charge. The ski storage room and bicycle storage room are also available at no extra cost. Please note that the final cleaning and towels are not included in the price. Parking in the designated spaces is free of charge.
Kulm is located approximately 2 kilometers from the accommodation. The ski slope is practically right at your doorstep, as a free ski bus takes guests to the nearby slopes every 25 minutes. The lake area (Ödensee, Toplitzsee, or Altausseer See) can be reached by car within 15 to 20 minutes.
