All of the apartments have a fantastic southwest-facing view from the balcony or the terrace. The layout is spacious, with comfortable furnishings, a closed kitchen, satellite TV (HD), WiFi internet access W LAN. There is also guest library, a garden for lounging around, toys such as a sand pit, garden grill, and a free parking space for our guests. You'll live peacefully in the green landscape with a unique panoramic view, yet close to the city of Innsbruck with athletic and cultural programs of the Alpine capital. The sunny location, with 7-10 hours of sunlight even in winter, will make your heart beat faster.

I was born and bred in Patsch, and have lived with my family (3 daughters) in the house. I can’t imagine a more beautiful area. We enjoy the special peace and quiet every day. I've managed the Tiroler Alpenhof apartments since 2001, which my parents built. As a kindergarten teacher and mountain guide, I enjoy the contact with our guests in the house, and I'm available on-site for if you need any tips.

The nearby Stubaier Glacier, the Patscherkofel Mountain on which our house is situated, and the extensive forests and meadows make our house an ideal accommodation for summer or winter holidaymakers, including families and seniors. With a view of the Stubaier Glacier, power and peacefulness emanate from this area. Even so, we're still close to the modern works, with the Alpine capital of Innsbruck just 10 minutes away
