Cozy apartment on beautiful horse ranch with breathtaking views. Be my guest on this little horse ranch surrounded by tall pines and mountains in the heart of the Schladminger Dachstein Tauern Region. Right at your doorstep a breathtaking scenery awaits you, with cross-country ski-tracks and wonderful hiking trails. My apartment offers a bedroom, a fully equipped designer kitchen, a bathroom and a private patio. In the living room you will find a cozy couch which may also serve as a second bed for one of the two guests (However the bedroom and kitchen-living room is separated only by a curtain). The apartment is located on the ground floor. You’ll find the ranch apartment fully furnished with private access. The patio offers breathtaking views. Please access horses and the stable only under my supervision. I am happy to welcome my guests personally. During your stay I am available for any questions regarding the apartment or the region of Schladming-Dachstein. I live in the same building so I am easy to reach.
I live together with my horses, dog and cats on my beautiful ranch in the heart of the Schladminger Dachstein Tauern Region. Since I have been a child I was a passionate horse-lover. I learned jumping and dressage at Oberst Lichtner Hoyer. I grew up in a loud and very hectic city and now I enjoy every single moment that I get to spend in the relaxing and quiet nature. I have led a hotel over 20 years and I always love to get to know new people from all over the world. I am excited to welcome you soon at my most favorite place in the world. UNIQUE EXPERIENCE - HORSEBACK RIDING LESSONS ON A HORSE RANCH For those adventurers seeking the true experience on a horse ranch I offer horseback riding lessons. There’s nothing quite like sitting on the back of a horse surrounded by beautiful nature! My professional trainer Renee Kalfterman brings a lot of experience and know-how and will be happy to offer you a horse back riding lesson during your stay at my horse ranch with your own horse or with Shinaja, my Andalusian mare. If you are interested in taking advantage of a riding lesson please let me know and I will gladly help to make it happen.
Schladming is internationally known as one of the top ski regions. Within 1.5 km from my ranch you can reach the unique 4-mountain ski area Hauser Kaibling / Schladming Planai. Also close by is the Schladming indoor swimming pool, the cross-country skiing paradise for nordic sportsmen in the Ramsau, as well as the Dachstein Glacier which is open all year round. In spring, summer and autumn the region is transformed into a paradise of hiking trails, mountain biking tours and climbing opportunities. Rest, health and refreshment can be found within 1.5 km at the Kneipp facility in the forest and a swimming lake. My Ranch is located between Aich-Assach and Haus im Ennstal close to all the important attractions in the Region. Schladming is only a 10 minute drive from my Ranch. The nearest airport is in Salzburg which can be reached within 1.25 hours. You can reach the Ranch easily by car. Right in front of the house you will find a parking spot free of charge.
