This unique house was built from 2020 to 2021 together with brother Markus as a home and shelter, and to create a retreat place to rest, relax and restore body, soul and sprit. We put a focus not only on timeless modern design and quality, but also on modern minimalistic and comfortable interior with a very well equipped kitchen, fine bbq, everything you need, and great views. We love the peace, the short walk to the lake, and to the closeness to shops in our village… We dont allow any parties, and have a db noise measuring system installed. FAMILY | The kids will love the large playground at Atoll, close by walking distance. During summer months, Achensee Tourism offers a nice program with lots of activities for the family. Climbing parcour, and horse riding is available close by. SKI & WINTER | Take the gondola in our village up ROFAN Seilbahn and start your hike or ski on 1850 meters, or enjoy KARWENDEL with its scenic lakevews. Only few minutes away the insider family ski resort CHRISTLUM impress with great ski schools and secure snow-making facilities and lovely tobagonning night track. Enjoy the cross-country skiing right from our house, or the 50km tracks from Pertisau, ice skating, and Tyrolean food. For the Experts, 30 min drive is famous “Ski Juwel ALPACHTAL”, and ZILLERTAL ski.
