A refined 90m² private residence in a quiet central location near the city center and exhibition grounds. Designed with exceptional attention to detail, the space combines historic character with curated designer pieces. Highlights include: marble countertops, Italian bathroom, curated antiques, French linen and velvet textiles, luxury mattresses, and two private balconies. Accommodates up to 4 guests; base rate applies to 1-2 persons. Not standard - but a private, curated residence.
I am a passionate mom, gardener, artist, yoga teacher, cook and gardener. ... oh yes and dog mom of a dachshund. I like to host guests and make new contacts around the world. I grew up on the beautiful Attersee, lived in Spain and have lived in Wels for more than 25 years. I know the ski and lake areas and can contribute many good tips for leisure activities.
