The Villa … In 2018 we decided to expand our rental with another house. Our many years of experience in looking after guests has shown us that it is the right path we have taken and always brings us a lot of joy, and above all, satisfied feedback. We are taking a new direction - that of "deceleration" - and those who can convince themselves that the house is in the right place for many decelerated hours of your precious vacation time. We are "selfmade" hosts. This is how the ideas of the house and the concept come from ourselves. After a hard year full of energy and strength, we accomplished it by the end of the year and are all the more thankful that the right people have found us at the right moment - whether guests, employees or partners - and that these people developed a sense of our values. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

In the summer months, our guests especially appreciate the excursion tips and hiking recommendations in our four side valleys, which begin in Mayrhofen. Whether Zillergrund, Stillupptal, the Schlegeisstaumauer or the Hintertux Glacier, each valley has something unique that you will only find here. Deceleration and pure peace! For our winter guests, we are the ski Eldorado in the Zillertal mountains, with just one ski pass you experience with 180 ski lifts around 530 km of slopes. The path to the Hintertux Glacier is open all year round and a sensation.
