Fully furnished house with 150 m2 floor space and 1st floor in TOP condition. Terrace with a small garden. Very quiet residential area, yet close to the railway, motorway and bus connections. Central starting point for activities in the Silver Region. 5 minutes to the silver city Schwaz, 15 minutes to SWAROVSKI Crystal Worlds 20 minutes to Innsbruck, Achensee or Zillertal.
