The room is located in a detached family house with a quiet garden. A separate, secluded entrance through the garden ensures privacy. The bathroom is barrier-free. The room takes its name from the steel ring by the Tyrolean artist Hellmut Bruch, which is placed in the garden. The accommodation includes a private terrace surrounded by rhododendrons and azaleas. A baby cot is available on request. Children sleep in the parents’ bed. No separate children’s bed is provided.
The host lives in the house and is happy to be available for questions or assistance if needed.
Zimmer am Ring is located on the quiet outskirts of Mondsee, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake. The public swimming area Schwarzindien, with free access to the lake, is approximately 300 m away. Well-maintained hiking and cycling paths pass directly by the house and lead into the surrounding landscape. The centre of Mondsee, with cafés, restaurants and shops, is about 2 km away and can be reached on foot, by bicycle or by bus. Shops for daily necessities are located around 500 m away. Public transport stops with connections to Salzburg and St. Gilgen are within walking distance (approx. 300 m).
