Zum Schneider is our privathouse and is located on the mainstreet "Tuxerstraße" in beautiful Finkenberg (Zillertal, Tyrol). Finkenberg is located in the ski area Gletscherwelt Zillertal 3000, the only ski area in Austria which, thanks to the Hintertuxer glacier, that guarantees piste fun 365 days a year. We have four own private parking and public parking within 50 to 250 meters. You can walk to the gondola "the Finkenberger Almbahn" which starts 250m away, or you can take the free ski bus which stops at the back of Zum Schneider. This gondola takes you to the Penkenberg which is also a wonderful hiking area in summer. The Olpererhütte and Berliner Hütte are also easily accessible from Finkenberg. Because of the many activities in the area, young and old will certainly enjoy themselves. We have 5 rooms we rent out as B&B which creates a cozy small-scale homely atmosphere. After breakfast and in the evening you can also use the breakfast room for fun (games, relax or après-ski). Booking with half board is also possible. Breakfast is served in our own breakfast room and for dinner you can enjoy our neighbors' restaurant for a 3-course dinner.

We are the Sieben family. An adventurous family (with our kittens Mila and Nala) who loves a challenge. We live in our nostalgic Austrian and a little modern house, it is cozy and atmospheric. Which is also very pleasant with a family or group of friends of 10 people. In our free time we like to be in nature or on the slopes in the winter season. Rik is an experienced fisherman and it is therefore possible to book fly-fishing trips at the accommodation. We like to think in possibilities to make your stay as nie as possible.
