One bedroom studio for two which can be set up with EITHER a king size bed or two single beds. Located in a quiet steet on the edge of the Dandenong Ranges ,5 klms from the Belgrave Railway Station. The bus stop is located at the end of this street. Begrave Park Lake; Puffing Billy & township is 5 klms away. Local supermarket - open early morning until 7:30 pm in the evenings. The local village has a couple of coffee shops , butcher & bakery. Other shopping is found in Belgrave. The nearest large shopping complex is Fountain Gate which is 12 minutes by car. It is a short drive into Sherbrooke Forest which has beautiful bushwalks and great eateries. A twenty minute drive takes you to Sky High which provides wonderful views of the city and the Yarra Valley. Along the way, visit Grants Picnic ground and villiages of Kallistsa, Sassafra & Olinda Cardinia Reservoir Park about 10 minutes away with breathtaking views across the water. Visitors will find spacious picnic grounds, barbecue facilities, picnic tables alongside a kids playground. Take a walk down the Kangaroo Viewing Trail to see a few mobs of Eastern grey kangaroos enjoying their day. Lysterfield Park is only a few kilometres away but offers a totally different picnicking experience. Plenty of picnic tables and electric barbecues are located in two main picnic areas, whith incredible views over Melbourne’s CBD on offer if you’re willing to make a small hike up the hill. If you want a more active day, Lysterfield Park is also a great watersports destination along with 24km of mountain bike trails. There is also a great restuarant adjacent to the park entry. Wilson Botanic Park is 20 minutes away. It is a versatile haven for nature lovers. The park is incredibly peaceful, boasting serene ponds and even a cozy café. Cardinia & Churchill-Waverly & Montuna Golf courses are close -all within 30 minute drive. It is a fifteeen -twenty minute drive from Eastlink with easy access to Princes Highway.

Likes to travel and bushwalking and relaxing in the foothills. We have two dogs which live with us and can sometimes be heard barking at local Pussums if they venture onto our back deck. We enjoy taking them for a walk in the local area. We have a caravan and like to get away and enjoy rural Australia. Reading a good book , sitting by the river is a lovely way to spend the day.
