Centre yourself in the heart of Marion Bay in a warm north facing house that has large windows that capture the sun throughout the breakfast and living areas in winter. In summer, use of louvred windows create cross ventilation to allow cool sea breezes to flow through. Outside is a fire pit with a chiminea where the whole family can sit around enjoying a meal or a drink and look up at the gorgeous stars at night. It is only 200m walking distance to two beautiful beaches, the family friendly Penguin Point Beach and the scenic Willyama Beach. If you visit the cul de sac behind the house you will notice a hidden winding walking track into the sandhills nestled in between local Templenoia hedges that takes you to the Willyama beach. Or if you want to walk to the Penguin beach there is a walking track directly out the front of the house across the road. The property is frequented by a local family of emu's and has a few resident stumpy tail lizards and is currently being re-vegetated with Australian and indigenous plants of Marion bay. There is a dedicated outdoor 20amp power outlet for EV accessibility.

Marion Bay has one of the most beautiful beaches - Penguin Point is accessed via a mostly off road walkway directly in front of the shack, where the shallow water makes a perfect place for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming for children. The cave formations on the right hand side are a lovely place to visit/paddle up to. Marion Bay resides next to Innes National Park, with breathtaking beaches, bushwalks, lighthouses, and scenery. Dolphin Bay is a fantastic place to visit to see a beautiful beach with large boulders to climb on. The Pondalowie board walk through the Sandhills is also worth a visit, as well as the rock formations on the far left of that beach accessed via the left entrance. Marion Bay Tavern is a great place to eat with a nice view of the water & Jetty area. Berry Bay South is a great place for beginners to try surfing - 20mins north of Marion Bay. Dolphins visit this beach every day, I have been lucky enough to have been in the water here when a large pod of dolphins swam right up to get a better look at us!
