After Travelling to Rainbow Beach for the last 25 years making unforgettable family memories we thought what a perfect place to buy a holiday home that we could also share with others so that they could experience this beautiful piece of paradise and make their own lifelong memories with their children. We have set up our holiday home to cater for families, singles and couples, young or old. Our fit out is plentiful and you will have access to the most modern appliances and entertainment that is available to date to ensure that your stay is comfortable, relaxing and most importantly easy. Dee's Retreat is exactly that for me - my retreat and I love to share this experience I have to offer to others. I live a fast paced busy life in the city and to get away to this beautiful part of the world renews our energy and revitalizes our whole family every time we visit.
My favourite things to do in Rainbow Beach is sitting back and relaxing on the balcony with endless ocean views, I could never get sick of that view. I love to go four wheel driving to Fraser or most especially to Double Island Point where my kids surf the longest surf wave in Australia for hours. We love walking up to Double Island Point lighthouse and seeing the whales (when season), dolphins and turtles. My kids love riding the boogie boards down the large sand dunes and can do this for hours on end. We love walking to Carlo Sandblow at sunset and taking in this magnificent piece of the world. We love to go fishing or walking through the national parks to find natural lakes and creeks. Horse riding along the beach is priceless and the restaurants, beauty services and shops which are all in walking distance are wonderful. We especially love the Rainbow Beach meat butchery - the steaks are like no other - melt in your mouth eye fillet.
