The proprietors/owners of Cove Landing are Susan Craig and Mark Simpkin. Both Susan and Mark have held special individual and joint connections with Kangaroo Island and have operated their own individual businesses nationally and internationally for three decades, prior to creating the Cove Landing Marina Apartment Project.

Penneshaw, at Christmas Cove on Kangaroo Island, is set to become home to much needed tourist accommodation, as construction is now complete on the Cove Landing Marina Apartments. The Cove Landing Marina Apartments offers three (3), two-bedroom four-star apartments, with sensational views overlooking Backstairs Passage and the Christmas Cove Marina. Christmas Cove is steeped in maritime history and as such, each of the apartments will be named after vessels that have played their part in supporting Penneshaw and the Cove in the past; The SS Karatta, SS James Comrie, and the Lily May. NOTE: Default bedroom set up is: Bedroom 1: Queen bed and Bedroom 2: 2 x Long Singles. Optional set up Bedroom 2: This may be set up as a King bed with notice at the time of booking or greater than 30 days from arrival.
