Our free off-street parking is offered on a first-in basis only & cannot be reserved as there are limited spaces, however, there is also on-street parking available at the front and rear of the building. Parking is strictly one vehicle per room, which must be registered on check-in. Caravans, campervans, motorhomes, boats, trailers, jet skis and other like vehicles are not permitted.

All rooms and balconies are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area at the rear of the building.

Guests occupying the room must provide a photo ID & credit card for bond-incidentals that match the booking name. Bookings will not be accepted at check-in if identification and bond cannot be provided to reception.

Please note that there is a 0.85% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard, and a 2.48% charge when you pay by American Express credit card.

payment is processed on the credit card used to book with 24-48 hours prior to arrival. Cash or bank transfer is not accepted.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
