A comfortable place to enjoy your time in Orange. Our 3 bedroom cottage has 3 queen beds with plush mattresses and high quality linen, charming ornamental fireplaces and timber floors. Wi-Fi and Smart TV access A fully equipped kitchen including essentials, tea & coffee (Nespresso coffee machine and pods provided) and dining room with seating for 6. Our lounge room features comfortable leather lounges and Smart TV and DVD player. 2nd TV in the front bedroom with Google Chromecast. 2 newly renovated bathrooms. Bathroom 1 featuring a freestanding bath with over head shower and toilet. Bathroom 2 with walk in shower and toilet. 3rd separate room with double vanity. Underfloor heating throughout the new bathrooms. Washing machine and laundry powder provided. Ducted central heating will keep you warm on those cold winter days. We have a split system for cooling in the dining room and ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. The house has high ceilings and good insulation, so it is nice and cool in summer. Enclosed shady backyard with undercover deck with BBQ. Safe off street parking in the back yard, accessible down a narrow driveway between the houses so not suitable for caravans and large 4WDs. Fully enclosed pet friendly yard.

Arden is situated in a leafy street within easy walking distance of the centre of Orange. There is an excellent coffee shop on the corner as well as two very good restaurants within 2 blocks. Around the corner is an excellent art gallery with regular new local exhibitions.
