There is nothing better than ending your busy day relaxing in comfort and style in your home away from home; this will be your experience at this perfect Pied a Terre in Sandy Bay. In summer, enjoy the private outdoor courtyard, complete with a tinkling fountain, where you can pick citrus from the bountiful trees. In cooler temperatures, snuggle in the warmth of the front room with a library of books, magazines and music to keep you amused. Indulgence awaits! Soak in the deep claw-foot bath, sleep soundly in fine linen, appreciate the work of local artists, as well as a generous a basket of Tasmanian breakfast provisions when staying in At Eleven, la petite maison.
I have worked in the tourism industry for over 30 yeas including time in Europe and the USA. I travel extensively for work and pleasure. My properties suit the needs of the business or leisure traveller. They are warm and welcoming with all the comforts of home. I like people to feel comfortable, welcome and want for nothing when they stay at one of my places. I know all the best of Tasmania as I have promoted it to travellers for years. I like to think people that stay with me will recommend my place to their friends & families,word of mouth is a powerful form of promotion. Hope you choose to come and stay.
At Eleven is a hop. skip and jump into the city, the waterfront and Salamanca place. It is only 2.5km and an easy walk. The location of the property is in a quiet neighbourhood with a number of parks and gardens and lots of lovely cottages and grand houses. We are a short walk from the shopping precinct where you will find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and plenty of retail therapy. It is a nice walk to the waterfront and into Battery Point. It's pretty special and I have lived here for 20 years.
