A 5-minute walk from Mollymook Beach, Bannisters features a solar-heated swimming pool, a day spa and a restaurant with cuisine by award-winning seafood chef Rick Stein. Rick Stein's restaurant menu offers delicious seafood dishes using local oysters, crab and fish. There is a range of desserts and gourmet breakfasts available. Bannisters Pool Bar is open daily from 12:00 offering light snacks. Some suites features a private garden terrace with a refreshing plunge pool and a double spa bath in a spacious bathroom. Other rooms offer a balcony with glistening ocean views, a single spa bath and separate shower. Luxury toiletries and bathrobes are provided. Bannisters Mollymook is a 10-minute drive from both Ulladulla Wharf and Mollymook Golf Club. It is a 3 hour drive from Sydney and 2.5 hours drive from Canberra.
