Ideal for wedding photography, honeymooners, family vacations, aurora chasers, and stopover to Hobart Waterfront and the East Coast Winery Drive. Stunning sunset, spangles sunrise, snow capped Mt Wellington and watch the winning yacht of the Sydney-Hobart yacht race. Brand new Villa fully furnished. 30 metres to a secluded sandy beach and 20 metres to a children's playground. Sits on the boundary of the Blessington Coastal Reserve. Common sighting of dolphins and sea eagle from our windows and on the deck. Soak up air, light, sea and endless skies, marvel in Tasmania's scenery, rich and diverse natural assets. Non-smoking, smoke-free, 3-bedroom double storey house. The sitting, dining, kitchen, entertainment area, and ensuite bedroom are situated on the upper floor. The laundry, two bedrooms, additional shower, and toilet is on the ground floor. All the amenities upstairs are dedicated to your use throughout your stay. Access to the upper floor is by a staircase only, and it is not recommended to guests with mobility issues or using walking aids. External security cameras for the safety of our guests.

My husband and I are both retired. He was a Teacher and I was an early childhood educator. Hailed from Singapore, I worked in an international hotel chain for 15 years. And a qualified tourist guide with the Singapore Tourism Board before relocating to Tasmania. My passion for hospitality and food, takes me to this new venture.

South Arm is a very friendly community with pristine beaches - 15 min walk to General Store, Postal Agency, Pharmacy, Hairdresser, Cafe, Petrol Stations - Metro Bus No 646 to major shopping centre and city - 30km to Airport - 39km to Salamanca Market - 33km to the East Coast - 43km to the historical picturesque town of Richmond
