The property is relatively new and we are currently establishing the garden. We have split the house in to two separate, locked sections. The guests have their side of the property to themselves. This includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry/kitchenette. The guests have their own entrance and can park on the left hand side of our driveway. There are no shared internal areas. There is a BBQ in the back garden and a separate seating area. We have an old kelpie named Bindy, she has the run of the yard. Please keep your entrance gate closed at all times. Ingredients are provided and guests are invited to make their own breakfast.

Hi, we are retired and have recently returned home from Queensland. Rebecca enjoys gardening and sewing.

This is a new and quiet neighbourhood full of residential properties, on top of the hill at Penguin. It takes three minutes to drive down to the town centre and beach. The Penguin Sports & Services Club is within a kilometre, it has a bistro/grill and bar.
