Hi My name is Sarah , I bought the old Art Gallery March 2023 and fully renovated it and now offer it for short term accomodation.I also have 7 properties in Sunshine Beach that i let out.

Relax in this calm, stylish space and un wind. The Art Gallery has just been fully renovated and is the old original Art gallery of Boreen Point. You will see print of the original art work by John Robinson and beautiful stain glass doors all design by him. GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT – NOOSA SHIRE COUNCIL Please respect neighbours and keep noise low at all times, especially between 10pm–6am. No loud music, shouting, parties, or gatherings. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors must not cause disturbance or parking issues. Use the property for short-stay accommodation only. Decks, balconies and outdoor spaces are to be used quietly and respectfully. Guests must follow instructions from the owner/manager if contacted about behaviour or noise. Parking must be within allocated spaces at the property. Do not block driveways, footpaths, verges or create congestion. Dispose of rubbish in bins provided and return bins after collection. Do not leave rubbish outside bins or litter around the house. Ensure safety by locking doors and windows when leaving, and using appliances, BBQs and equipment responsibly. Breach of these conditions may result in removal from the property, loss of bond, notification to Council and penalties. Thank you for helping preserve the amenity of the Sunshine Beach community.

Boreen Point is such a beautiful small town with lots of history. They have a beautiful lake which is a fantastic place for sailing and we hold many sailing regattas each year The Apollonian pub is also a beautiful place to sit in the sunshine and enjoy a beer and listen to the live music. The everglades are easy to access from here to spend many hours on the water. Boreen Point is a relaxed village on the shores of lovely Lake Cootharaba. The largest lake of the Noosa River system, Cootharaba is the gateway to the upper Noosa River, the Noosa Everglades and the Great Sandy National Park. The village is about 20 kilometres by sealed road from Tewantin on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. A haven for sailing and boating enthusiasts, Boreen Point has holiday cottages, a general store, caravan parks and boat hire facilities. Boreen Point is the home of a sailing club, which stages major sailing and sailboarding events.
