New Eco sustainable, chemical free house, polished concrete floors and large north facing windows. The kitchen opens up creating a wonderful indoor/ outdoor living space. Trees and native birds surround the property adding to the tranquility. Designed for comfort and easy living. Close to shops, hospital and the beach in beautiful Port Lincoln. The main building at the front of the block is totally accessed by guests including a lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen an outdoor living space surrounded by garden. The driveway and carport are accessible for guests. There is a cottage at the rear of the block is also rented out as a short term stay sharing the driveway. Loads of car parking within the perimeter of the property plus public car park opposite.
Owner builder passionate about sustainable living and building on any budget or any location.
Quiet residential neighbourhood facing a park with playground and half court. Close to a corner deli which provides good quality take away food. Easy parking in a safe neighbourhood fifteen minutes walk to town.
