City One Apartment is in a great inner city location. Full kitchen and laundry facilities including dishwasher, gas cooktop & electric oven, microwave, full compliment of pots n pans, cutlery and crockery etc. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and heaters in each bedroom. Washer and dryer. Free SUPERFAST Wi-Fi (provided by GigCity network), comfy couches, flat screen TV. Undercover secure single lock up garage with direct access into the apartment plus off street parking available for a second car, commercial work van or trailer. A fully enclosed rear court yard is secure for children. The first bedroom has a King size Pillow top bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size Pillow top bed. New bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. A great inner city location and friendly budget price to suit.

Neighborhood info

Great inner city location, just a few minutes walk to local shops. Situated opposite the "Rail Walking Trail". A great base to discover our world famous Blue Lake, located just 2.1km from the apartment.
