Enjoy a stay in our private and modern studio room. Set in a quiet little cul de sac and central to town, and local restaurants, pubs and shops. A wonderful location while travelling through Central Queensland for pleasure or business. Easy access and private parking provided. Amenities included are free parking, WiFi, and a kitchenette, which includes a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine and portable stove. An Apple tv is provided for you to log in to your own Netflix, Stan etc accounts. Animals are welcome on application and a private gated area is provided for your use. Please note, an additional single mattress can be provided upon request.
We are a friendly family orientated host and enjoying welcoming our guests. We are a busy family, who are constantly on the go, but enjoy quality time together.
The studio is set in a quiet little cul de sac and central to town, and local restaurants, pubs and shops. The town of Clermont is one of the most historic towns in northern Australia, having a colourful past, rich in drama and laced with tragedy. It was the first inland settlement in the tropics, making it a frontier town in the truest sense of the word.
