Centrally positioned in KI’s main town of Kingscote, Little Kobada is a quaint 1940s bungalow full of character and charm. With all the necessities needed for a truly comfortable stay, this self-contained holiday home comes with a fenced yard - providing guests with privacy and a place for your best mate to romp securely (yes, pets are welcome!) Just a short walk from all of Kingscote’s attractions, this is the perfect base for exploring all that Kangaroo Island has to offer!
Although we do not live on the property, we do live on the Island and are available to answer any queries or attend the property if required at any time.
Easy walk (less than 5 minutes) to beach, Supermarket, cafes, shops, pubs, chemist, etc. Easy walk to everything in Kingscote. Vehicle needed to visit other attractions on Kangaroo Island.
