Hi, We are Christabel and Xavier very much locals of Hobart, love travelling, good food and family time! We look forward to sharing our home with you and helping you discover Tasmania, the place we love so much. Your space is a very comfortable, bright and cozy home just 7 mins drive to Hobart CBD, fully contained to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible! The home comprises of 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room, lounge, fully functional kitchen equipped with all amenities, bathroom and laundry facilities The heater in the lounge is enough to keep the whole house warm during winters. There is also ample Free parking on the street. Other things to note: 1. Please keep in mind that the house is located beneath the main house and that we live upstairs. We are a family of five, so there will undoubtedly be some noise with us going about our usual stuff. Having said that, we are a very conscientious family and will always strive to keep noise levels low. 2. Your unit is a private space, not a shared one. You also have your own entrance. 3. The laundry area is just besides your kitchen and you can access the laundry from your kitchen. Note the laundry is a shared space. 4. Check in time is strict - after 3 pm 5. Please note we have a dog, she is big, jumpy, very friendly, very playful and DOES NOT have access to guest area. But if you wish to stroll around in the backyard garden, you are very likely to meet our dog. Don’t worry she just needs a living pat! 6. Lastly, if you break something, please replace it.

Your space is comfortable, private and quiet an immaculate modern build underneath the main house. Minutes from the North Hobart restaurant precinct with Intercity Cycleway/walking track to the city or Northern suburbs at the bottom of the road.

New Town is an inner suburban neighbourhood in Hobart and is just 7 minutes’ drive from the CBD and waterfront. We are on a quiet street, close to multiple cafes and supermarket. On street parking available. We are just 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Garden, 10 minutes walk to Cornelian Bay, 5 minutes drive to Hobart’s restaurant strip, 10 minutes to Salamanca, Battery point and 15 minutes to MONA. There is also a bike track just down the road from where we live.
