We live in the most incredible part of the world. The National Parks provide a surreal backdrop to the region's flourishing food and wine industry. In summer, our elevation leads us to experiencing days of relatively low humidity which is a great respite from the warmer days, Autumn has crisp nights and incredibly scenic days with the deciduous trees showing off their colour. Winter, of course, is famous for its freezing weather, frosty mornings and if you're really lucky, snow. Our fireplaces in the cottages run from April to October, the large open fireplace in Pioneer Hut by the creek runs all year round. In spring the gardens come to life again with an abundance of birdlife and a kaleidoscope of colour. There are fantastic events to attend year round, or perhaps you need to breathe out and relax or jump on a wine tour and explore all the region has to offer.
