Drifters apartment is located in a quiet one-way street yet is only a very short walk to the restaurants and cafes of Gympie Terrace. The river is a stone's throw away where you can launch the kayaks and head off for adventure on the river. Walking along the river promenade is a delight - perhaps up to the yacht club for a drink and dinner and to watch another spectacular sunset. Another great way to get around is on the bicycles - there are many easily accessible destinations including Hastings St/Main Beach, the wonderful coastal walk, the ocean beaches (Sunrise and Sunset) and, one of our favourites, up to Tewantin for morning coffee.
Perfect neighbourhood - a short walk to many cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the waterfront. Grocery and market close by for walking, biking, or driving.
