Escape the hustle and reset. A private entry immediately welcomes you with lush greenery and start your discovery of Eden's Studio, a cozy detached funky studio/ guest house set at the back of the property. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of water at your front door. Opening the French doors unleashes the uniqueness of this 40m2 property featuring a queen-sized bed, beautiful pot belly fireplace, an original kitchenette, timber slab buffet with large "cafe" window to immerse you in the garden from inside and indoor/outdoor servery. Windowed side door to enjoy whilst lazing in bed or venture out in the private garden. Ensuite has large walk-in double shower, separate toilet, vanity, washing machine, with entry into another private garden area with outdoor bath, sitting area, BBQ and pizza oven. Have access to our version of Eden with several other garden rooms that visitors have called "an oasis". Feel free to use the seasonal herbs in the garden if cooking at home and a variety of seasonal fruits. Relax and unwind in this unique private setting with Mother Nature to caress your senses and ground you. Enjoy an outdoor solar shower for your convenience after beach activities.

I have been encouraged by family and friends to share this unique property/garden so... I am delighted to present my first property for holiday stays. Careful consideration to evoking feeling pampered, comfortable and safe with touches of fun and romance, this property has given me much excitement and delight in the creating.
Enjoying the outdoors, in recent years I have discovered my creativity through "painting" with plantings and redesigning the garden to provide interest and privacy from the moment you step off the street. After dark the garden takes on a calming ambience.
An overly quiet neighbourhood set 10 min walk to Sellicks Beach. Drive your vehicle on the beach. Wander 10mins to local winery for a wine/ platters overlooking the countryside and sea. 3 top restaurants are close by, walkable to the renown Victory Hotel, Ithaca on Sellicks situated right by Sellicks beach; and a short drive (or longer walk) to Silver Sands Beach Club can be uniquely taken along the beach if the tide suits. Small grocery and takeaway foods/coffee by Sellicks Beach for your convenience or
-15mins drive to Aldinga for supermarkets and other stores.
